Service - Hiking in Lüneburg Heath Nature Park

Best time for hiking

Hiking is possible in Lüneburg Heath at any time of the year. The most popular is during heather blossom time, from the middle of July to the middle of September. In the summer it can be very hot in the open countryside. But even in winter, the heathland has its charm. Snow is rare.
